Returns and exchanges are accepted on approved items that are new, unused, and in resalable condition, accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping/transportation costs.

Some products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the item and condition upon arrival.
Once your item has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products are crafted specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
