White Glove Delivery includes bringing your items directly to the room or outdoor area you choose, completing any required assembly, and taking away all packaging materials.
You’ll receive a call the day of the delivery with an estimated time window. Delivery times are planned based on routing and geography, and therefore cannot be adjusted.
Additional fees may apply for unique delivery situations which are up to our discretion.
Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery service provides a straightforward and efficient drop-off experience. Our products are delivered curb-side.
All unpacking, assembly, and placement of goods are the responsibility of the client. We recommend preparing a clean and accessible area prior to opening your items to avoid damage.
Additional fees may apply for shipments for items that are oversized, overweight, or require additional handling. If you have questions about the delivery conditions of your order, our Customer Care Team is available to assist.
